Not By AI provides badges, subscription-based project pages, and associated services to promote content created primarily by humans. You may use these Services only in accordance with these Terms, the License Agreement for badge use, and any applicable laws.

3. Submission of Information and Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, such as subscribing for project pages, you may be required to submit information about yourself and your project using a web form. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your project as requested by the form and to update this information to maintain its accuracy and completeness. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in the denial of your project submission or removal of your membership and subscription from our Services.

If you submit any material to our Services, you grant Not By AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such material in connection with the Services.

The Services are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Not By AI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability
